So, how did I get here?
My Story
Over a decade ago, I left the hospitality industry to focus on my family. That chapter grounded me in what matters most—being present, living with purpose, and creating space for what truly matters. As my son became more independent, I felt a familiar spark: the desire to build something meaningful, flexible, and aligned with my strengths.
That’s what led me into the world of online business.
I began my journey as a Virtual Assistant, supporting business owners with their day-to-day operations. I loved solving problems and bringing order to the behind-the-scenes work, but over time I realized I wanted to contribute more deeply.
I wasn’t just interested in completing tasks.
I wanted to understand how businesses worked.
I became fascinated by the systems, decisions, and operational challenges that determine whether a business runs smoothly or constantly feels reactive.
That curiosity led me to become a Certified Online Business Manager®, where I learned how to bridge the gap between leadership and execution.
As I worked more closely with growing businesses, I noticed a common pattern.
The biggest challenges weren’t caused by a lack of ambition or hard work.
They were caused by operations that hadn’t evolved with the business.
Processes became inconsistent.
Communication became fragmented.
Founders found themselves back in the day-to-day instead of leading.
That realization shaped the way I work today.
To deepen my expertise, I earned my Certified Director of Operations (DOO) certification, strengthening my ability to help businesses improve operational strategy, leadership, and execution. Most recently, I became a Certified AI Strategist, allowing me to help businesses identify where AI can genuinely improve operations—not by replacing people, but by supporting better systems and smarter ways of working.
